Karen was born in Toledo, Ohio and moved to Zionsville in her early childhood. She graduated from Zionsville High School and attended IU Bloomington where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Public Health. Before obtaining her real estate license in 2005, Karen worked as a controller for one of the largest plumbing companies in Central Indiana. At the beginning of her real estate career, Karen was a Buyer’s Specialist for a large real estate team. She was awarded Rookie of the Year in 2006 for Keller Williams. Karen has sold over $250 million in real estate since 2005.
