Brand new to the real estate industry, Quincy joined KTG in September 2021 as a Transaction Coordinator and Team Manager. Her time as a TC allowed her to quickly learn the components of a successful transaction and provided clear insight into what is needed to thoughtfully support our agents. Now, Quincy’s efforts are primarily on the team management side, where she focuses on continuous improvement, marketing, and providing overall support to the team and the business. Her concentration in these areas allows our agents to focus on what they do best – assist our clients in making their real estate goals a reality. Before joining our team, Quincy spent 10 years as an Executive Assistant. She applies her passion for organization, collaboration and, to put it simply, helping things flow a little smoother daily at KTG.
Quincy lives in Westfield with her husband and two young kids. When she isn’t working, Quincy enjoys traveling, caring for her plant babies, and spending time with friends and family.
