Sweetwater and Cordry Lakes are located in the northeast corner of Brown County. It is approximately 60-90 minutes from the north side of Indianapolis and most areas of Hamilton County. The lakes are manmade with 125 ft. dams and 110 ft. of water at the dam. Sweetwater Lake is 3.5 miles long and has 379 acres while Cordry is 2.5 miles long and 259 acres. Both lakes allow skiing in designated areas of the lake. The lakes are private open only to lot owners.
